Youth Exchange "EntrepreNEETs"

Description:

The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "EntrepreNEETs" gathered a group of young people, especially female, that wanted to learn more about entrepreneurship and with aspirations of embarking in the path of entrepreneurship. Through a serioes of workshops, we learnt about project management and business planning, as well as inquiring our needs and expectations.

My experience:

My interest in social entrepreneurship is the reason why I joined this Youth Exchange. I could put in practice my theoretical knowledge about planning, business making, budgeting, and demand/supply adaptation, all in an international and stimulating environment. I could collaborate with multiple individuals to create a scratch business plan which was followed by an evaluation and feedback session.

My learnings:

I especially inquired the aspect of "how to make an idea profitable". I learnt how to create a viable business model and the importance of customer feedback before launching.

Skills acquired:  entrepreneurship    business planning    budgeting

My outcomes:

I used the knowledge and tools I acquired during my work as a Market Researchers in Lisbon, and I intend to pursue learning about entrepreneurship to help youth and possibly to establish a small business myself.
